Terms & Conditions
All and any sales by us, Runes Movement, are performed exclusively on the basis of theses general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. Any alternative terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we confirm their application in writing.

Article 2 – The contract
All our offers on our web shop are non-binding and subject to change until such time we confirm your order.
In ordering the desired products in our web shop, you make an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. Our acceptance of your offer will be sent to you via email in the form of an order confirmation.
Our web shop contains a description of our products. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable you to make a proper assessment of our products.
Our web shop details your obligations related to the order, in particular:
- the price in Euro including the applicable statutory value-added-tax (VAT);
- any delivery and shipment costs;
- the method of payment.
We will make available on our website:
- our contact details if you wish to contact us or lodge a complaint;

- our Shipping & Returns Policy
- our Data Protection Policy
- our Supplier Code of Conduct.
We sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product.
Article 3 – Right of cancellation
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 30 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product you purchased (or last product if it relates to an order of multiple products that are delivered separately).
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by contacting us or using this Returns Form. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication or returning the product before the 30 days’ cancellation period has expired.
For hygienic reasons, your right to cancel your order does not apply with respect to the purchase of our underwear, unless expressly stated in a special advertisement campaign we may run from time to time.
During the cancellation period, you shall treat the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent it is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, in the same way you would be allowed in a physical shop. You may be liable if the value of the products returned has diminished due to the handling of it.
You must return the product no later than 30 days after notifying us of your cancellation. The product shall be unused and unworn, in its original package and all labels and hygienic seals attached. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the product you ordered and cancelled and will also reimburse charges for delivering the product to you, equivalent to the least expensive type of delivery offered by us. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The reimbursement will take place within 14 days upon receipt of the returned product.
Article 4 – Prices and availability
All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.
When ordering products for delivery outside of the European Union (EU) you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Your privacy is important to us and we would like our international customers to be aware that deliveries outside the EU are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
We list availability information for products on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.
Article 5 – Delivery
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such. We will apply best efforts in delivering the product within 30 days upon order and will inform of any delays, in which case you may cancel your order free of charge.

Article 7 – Final provisions
Place of performance for all duties arising from the purchase agreement is The Hague, Netherlands, as the place of business of Runes Movement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the The Netherlands (with the exception of its conflict of law provisions), and the application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
