And the sky didn’t fall in. We’re not some Instagram fantasy, we are living, breathing women.

Pee-leaks, periods and sweat stains during workouts are a massive pain in the butt. But, let’s be real, they’re also pretty common. 1 in 4 of us struggle with pee-leaks during exercise, think trampoline, box jumps and double-unders. And we usually keep quiet about it, and deal with it by avoiding the exercise or wearing uncomfortable pads under our gym gear.

But it’s time to get over the shame and figure out a solution. Because we’re women and we solve things.

We’ve made absorbent workout wear that we’re really proud of. But that’s only part of the solution. Talking about sweat, periods and pee should be as normal as talking about chaffed nipples during a marathon run, hand tears during pull-ups and weight-lifting, and any other body challenges that athletes deal with.
